Ingredients
Saint-Marcellin PGI (76%) : thermised milk* (origin : France), salt, rennet, cultures (including milk), maturing flora. Coating (24%) : breadcrumbs (wheat flour, rapeseed oil, yeast, salt, spices (paprika, turmeric)), sunflower oil, water, wheat flour, wheat gluten, salt, colouring food (paprika and carrot concentrate). *Temperature lower than pasteurisation.

PGI signify : Protected Geographical Indication.
Before being bredaed, Saint Marcellin’s are made in Vinay en Isère (38).
They are made exclusively from milk collected in the Saint Marcellin protected geographical indication zone.
Breaded with Saint Marcellin, can be prepared in the oven or in the frying pan.
- In the oven: preheat your oven to 200°C. Place your Saint Marcellin breadcrumbs on a rack covered with baking paper and heat for 12 minutes.
- In a frying pan: brown it for 8 minutes over medium heat, turning it over regularly.
