Breaded raclette


Breaded Grand Fermage Raclette combines the crispy texture of breadcrumbs with the great taste of raclette.
Its flowing cheese heart will add deliciousness and flavour to all your dishes and salads.
Made in the Drôme with 100% French milk, these breaded products will delight all gourmets!

Speciality cheese melted with Raclette (65%) :

Raclette (preservative: natamycin) (45%) water, starch, melting salt: sodium citrate, salt.

Coating (35%): Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, rapeseed oil, yeast, salt, spices (paprika, cumin)), wheat flour, sunflower oil, water, wheat gluten, salt, colouring foodstuff (paprika and carrot concentrate).

All you need to know about our breaded raclette!

In a frying pan: sear the breadcrumbs without fat over a high heat for 1 minute on each side, then brown them over a medium heat, turning them over for around 4 minutes.

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 210°C. Remove the cling film and place the breadcrumbs on a grill covered with baking paper. Heat for 6 minutes at half-height.
