Grand Fermage mozzarella breadcrumbs are made in the Drôme from French milk. The stringy mozzarella is combined with a Provençal-style breading, which gives a unique flavour in the mouth.
Breaded mozzarella is cooked with a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan for 2 minutes on high heat, turning regularly, then on low heat for 3 minutes
They can be eaten as an aperitif but also as a side dish in the middle of a meal or in a salad.
