Refreshing salad with breaded mozzarella bites

  1. 8 Grand Fermage provencale breaded mozzarella bites
  2. 150g mixed salad leaves (lamb’s lettuce, iceberg, mesclun, etc.)
  3. 1 cucumber
  4. 10 cherry tomatoes
  5. 30g pine nuts
  6. dash of olive oil

And don't forget to grade the recipe:


  1. Cook the breaded mozzarella bites in a pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel the cucumber and slice into rounds, then cut the cherry tomatoes in two.
  3. Arrange the salad leaves on a large plate, then top with the breaded mozzarella bites, the cucumber and the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with pine nuts and drizzle with olive oil.
