Ingredients

120g Noirmoutier Grand Fermage organic sea-salted butter
3 apples
3 pears
½ lemon
120g brown sugar
150 g flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Peel the apples and pears and remove the pips.
- Cut them into small pieces and put them into pre-buttered baking dish.
- Sprinkle them with lemon juice and mix.
- Combine the soft butter, flour, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl until a crumbly mixture is formed.
- Spread this mixture over the fruits so that they are totally covered.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Eat warm or cold.
