Leek, mushroom and camembert tart

Ingredients

  1. 1 sheet shortcrust or puff pastry
  2. 1 Grand Fermage camembert
  3. 1 leek
  4. 300g mushrooms
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 200ml whole milk
  7. 200ml single cream
  8. Nutmeg
  9. Salt and pepper

And don't forget to grade the recipe:

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Press the shortcrust pastry into a tart pan.
  3. Chop the mushrooms and leek, and sweat in a frying pan with a knob of butter for 5 minutes.
  4. Beat the eggs with the milk and the single cream.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  6. For the softened vegetables into the tart crust.
  7. Cut the camembert into quarters and arrange them over the softened vegetables.
  8. For the liquid mixture over the top and bake for around
    40 minutes.
  9. Serve piping hot!
