Tiramisu with fromage blanc

  1. 200g 30% fat Grand Fermage Crème Fraîche
  2. 150g fromage blanc
  3. 100g sugar
  4. 20 sponge finger biscuits
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 caffè lungo
  7. Bitter cocoa

And don't forget to grade the recipe:


  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks, then beat the yolks with the sugar and beat the whites until stiff.
  2. Add the fromage blanc and the 30% fat Grand Fermage Crème Fraîche that has been previously whipped into the egg yolk and sugar mixture.
  3. Finish by gently folding in the stiff egg whites.
  4. Soak the sponge finger biscuits in the coffee and line the bottom of your serving glasses with them.
  5. Pour in the fromage blanc mixture (keep 4 spoonfuls for the garnish), top with a few sponge finger biscuits, and let chill for at least 3 hours.
  6. Pipe the remaining cream onto your tiramisus and sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
