Baked eggs with goat’s cheese and radish soldiers

  1. 20g Grand Fermage butter with sea salt crystals
  2. 6 radishes
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 80g soft goat’s cheese
  5. 200ml single cream
  6. 2 slices of bread
  7. 4 chives
  8. Salt and pepper

And don't forget to grade the recipe:


  1. Add 40g of goat’s cheese and 100ml of cream to a microwave-safe ramekin.
  2. Crack an egg into the ramekin, season with salt and pepper, and microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Repeat for the second baked egg.
  4. Once cooked, sprinkle with chopped chives and thin slices of radish.
  5. Make the soldiers by spreading the bread with sea-salted butter and topping with a few slices of radish. Dig in!
