Camembert dip


  1. 1 Camembert 125g Grand Fermage

    1dl Boiling cream

    200g Tortillas, vine tomatoes, cocktail biscuits, cucumber...

    Salt, pepper

And don't forget to grade the recipe:


  1. Cut the camembert into pieces, and place in a blender.
  2. Boil the cream and pour on the cheese, mix until a smooth and creamy
    paste is obtained.
  3. Season.
  4. For the camembert cream into a Bodega glass, place on a
    tray with the tortillas or other cocktail biscuits along with the vine
    tomatoes and cucumber. Serve.

Gourmet tips

Can be embellished with cumin seed, Tabasco and hot green pepper.
