  1. 150g Grand Fermage sea-salted butter
  2. 1 small bunch parsley
  3. 1 lemon
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. Pinch of pepper

  1. Mix together the butter, lemon juice, peeled garlic clove, rinsed parsley and the pinch of pepper.
  2. Shape into a roll and wrap tightly with cling film.
  3. Place in the fridge to set.
