Ingredients
- 1 box Grand Fermage provencale breaded mozzarella bites
- 1/2 courgette
- 1/2 aubergine
- 1/4 yellow pepper
- 1/4 orange pepper
- dash of olive oil
- 4 basil leaves
- Salt, pepper and thyme
And don't forget to grade the recipe:
Preparation
- Wash the vegetables and cut them into small cubes.
- Cook for 15 minutes over a low heat along with a dash of olive oil, some salt and pepper.
- Cook the breaded mozzarella bites in a pan for 5 minutes until golden.
- On a plate, arrange the mozzarella bites alongside the vegetables, sprinkle with thyme and garnish with the basil leaves.
