Breaded mozzarella bites with Mediterranean vegetables

  1. 1 box Grand Fermage provencale breaded mozzarella bites
  2. 1/2 courgette
  3. 1/2 aubergine
  4. 1/4 yellow pepper
  5. 1/4 orange pepper
  6. dash of olive oil
  7. 4 basil leaves
  8. Salt, pepper and thyme

And don't forget to grade the recipe:


  1. Wash the vegetables and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Cook for 15 minutes over a low heat along with a dash of olive oil, some salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the breaded mozzarella bites in a pan for 5 minutes until golden.
  4. On a plate, arrange the mozzarella bites alongside the vegetables, sprinkle with thyme and garnish with the basil leaves.
