Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks + 1 extra for brushing
- 250g sugar
- 360g flour
- 250g salted Grand Fermage organic Brittany butter
- 1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation
- Preheat you oven to 170°C.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until they have turned pale.
- Add in the flour, yeast and softened butter. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan. Smooth out the surface using a spatula, then brush with the beaten egg yolk. If desired, use a fork to draw some decorative lines on the surface.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
