Ingredients

  1. 250g melted Grand Fermage organic unsalted butter
  2. 250g flour
  3. 250g eggs (approx. 4 large eggs)
  4. 240g sugar
  5. 10g vanilla sugar
  6. 1 packet baking powder

And don't forget to grade the recipe:

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter and the sugars.
  3. Gradually mix in the eggs. Next, add the flour little by little to avoid lumps, then the baking powder. Mix well until smooth.
  4. To finish, pour into a greased and floured baking tin. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
