Ingredients

50g unsalted Grand Fermage butter
250g flour
3 eggs
60g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
300ml milk
1 sachet baking powder
Pinch of salt

Preparation
- Melt the butter.
- In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Make a well in the centre, break in the eggs and then add 100ml of the milk.
- Whisk together, starting in the centre and moving toward the edges.
- Gradually pour in the rest of the milk while stirring, until a smooth mixture is formed.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix one more time.
- Heat your waffle iron and grease with melted butter using a brush or piece of kitchen roll.
- Cook your waffles for 4 - 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
