Winter squash & hazelnut cake recipe

Ingredients

  1. 40g unsalted butter Grand Fermage
  2. 200g winter squash/onion squash
  3. 100g granulated sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 130g wheat flour
  6. 1 packet baking powder
  7. 25g hazelnut oil
  8. 50g chopped hazelnuts

And don't forget to grade the recipe:

Preparation

  1. Wash the squash and cut into cubes.
  2. To the bowl of a stand mixer add the cubed squash, sugar and eggs. Mix gently.
  3. Add in the flour, baking powder, melted butter, oil and chopped nuts.
  4. Mix until you have obtained a smooth batter.
  5. Pour into a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
