Most of the milk comes from the West of France in these regions: Pays de la Loire, Centre, Normandy, Poitou-Charentes and Bretagne.

Like organic soft butter, this butter is appreciated for its smoothness and tender texture. It can therefore be used to spread on pieces of bread to accompany radishes, but it can also be used to cook dishes or desserts such as purée or cakes.
