  1. 150g Noirmoutier Grand Fermage organic sea-salted butter

    1 bunch of radishes

    5 fresh stalks of parsley

And don't forget to grade the recipe:


  1. Take the butter out of the fridge around 1 hour before you want to start preparing your radish butter so that it will be soft.
  2. Remove the tops and tails of the radishes and rinse them with water.
  3. Use a food processor to chop the softened butter, the radishes and the parsley leaves. The butter should be creamy. If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a conventional blender. Blend until you have very small pieces of radish, no more.
  4. Serve your radish butter with slices of toast.
