Ingredients
- 80g Grand Fermage hand-churned unsalted butter
- 200g flour
- 150g feta
- 100g chorizo
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 2 tablespoons turmeric
- 1 teaspoons flax seeds
And don't forget to grade the recipe:
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and turmeric.
- Add in the eggs, then gradually add in the melted butter and milk.
- Add in the cubed feta and diced chorizo. Mix.
- Pour into a greased and floured cake tin. Sprinkle with flax seeds
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes at 180°.
