Ultra moist banana bread with chocolate chips

Ingredients

  1. 100 g unsalted Moulée de Vendée Grand Fermage butter

    100 g flour

    100g sugar

    3 overripe bananas

    2 eggs

    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    1 sachet of baking powder

    Chocolate chips

    ½ glass water

Preparation

  1. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the butter and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mash the overripe bananas and then pour in the milk, eggs and melted butter. Mix together.
  4. Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and sugar mixture and the chocolate chips to the banana mixture.
  5. Mix well again until you have a smooth mixture.
  6. Pour the dough into a loaf tin.
  7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes (check to see whether it is cooked through using the blade of a knife).
  8. Once you’ve taken it out of the oven, let the banana bread stand fro 5 minutes before turning it out of the tin.
